You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and standard shipping takes 3-7 business days.

We accept returns within 90 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging, where applicable.
To start a return, email us at hello@highr.co with your order number and reason for return.
For U.S. returns, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label. A flat $8 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Exchanges are free for eligible U.S. orders within 90 days of delivery.
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time for the refund to appear.
We recommend checking our size chart available on each product page. Our apparel runs true to size, but if you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit. If you receive an item that doesn't fit properly, you can return it within 30 days following our return policy.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipping. We currently ship within the United States only.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 within the United States! For orders under $150, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items.
