Returns and Exchanges

1. RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW

HIGHR accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. The 30-day period begins on the date of delivery as confirmed by the shipping carrier's tracking information.

2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn: Items must not show signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
  • Original condition: Items must be in the same condition as received, including all tags, labels, and packaging materials intact.
  • Original packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging or an equivalent protective packaging.
  • Proof of purchase: You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized alterations
  • Items purchased from third-party retailers (returns must be processed through the original retailer)

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Please provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • Reason for return or exchange (optional but appreciated)

Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Confirmation of your return/exchange request
  • A prepaid return shipping label (sent via email or text)
  • Instructions for packaging and shipping your return

Once you receive your return label, package your item(s) securely in the original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) and affix the prepaid return label to the outside of the package. Drop off your package at any authorized shipping carrier location as indicated on the return label.

5. RETURN SHIPPING

HIGHR provides free return shipping for all eligible returns and exchanges within the United States. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided upon approval of your return request.

International Returns: Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact hello@highr.co or text (310) 735-9987 for return instructions.

Note: HIGHR is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt until your return is processed.

6. REFUND PROCESS

Processing Time:
Once your return is received at our facility, it will be inspected to verify it meets the eligibility requirements outlined in Section 2. Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refund Amount:

  • Full refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping fees, if applicable)
  • No restocking fees will be charged

Refund Timeline:
Please allow an additional 3-10 business days after processing for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

Rejected Returns:
If your return does not meet the eligibility requirements (e.g., item is worn, damaged, or missing original packaging), it will be rejected and returned to you at your expense. You will be notified via email or text if your return is rejected.

7. EXCHANGE PROCESS

Availability:
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size, color, or item is available, we will ship the exchanged item at no additional cost.

If Item is Unavailable:
If the requested item is out of stock or discontinued, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of inspection.

Exchange Shipping:
HIGHR provides free shipping for all approved exchanges within the United States.

Exchange Processing Time:
Once your return is received and inspected, the exchanged item will be shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email or text with tracking information.

8. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at hello@highr.co or text (310) 735-9987 with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defective or damaged item
  • A description of the issue

HIGHR will, at its discretion:

  • Issue a full refund (including return shipping costs)
  • Send a replacement item at no charge
  • Offer store credit for the full purchase price

Defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.

9. INCORRECT ITEMS SHIPPED

If you receive an incorrect item (e.g., wrong size, color, or product), please contact us immediately at hello@highr.co or text (310) 735-9987 with your order number and a description of the error.

HIGHR will:

  • Provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item
  • Ship the correct item at no additional cost
  • Issue a full refund if the correct item is unavailable

Incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

10. STORE CREDIT

HIGHR does not issue store credit in place of refunds unless explicitly requested by the customer. All refunds are issued as full cash refunds to the original payment method.

11. CANCELLATIONS

Order Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase by contacting hello@highr.co or texting (310) 735-9987. After this window, orders are processed and shipped and cannot be canceled. If you wish to return an item after it has shipped, please follow the standard return process outlined above.

12. RESTOCKING FEES

HIGHR does not charge restocking fees for any returns or exchanges.

13. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY

HIGHR reserves the right to modify this Return & Exchange Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website and purchase of products after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

15. GOVERNING LAW

This Return & Exchange Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Los Angeles, California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

HIGHR's liability for any claims arising from returned or exchanged items is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) in question. HIGHR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products
