We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 within the United States! For orders under $150, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items.

2. We'll send you return instructions, confirmation, and a free prepaid return label
3. Package your item and attach the prepaid label
4. Drop off at any authorized shipping location
5. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

For exchanges, we recommend returning the original item using our free return process and placing a new order for the replacement.

Please contact us immediately at hello@highr.co if you need to modify or cancel your order. We can only make changes if your order hasn't been processed or shipped yet (within 4-6 hours of placing the order). Once shipped, you can still return items for free using our hassle-free return process.
